ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE TRAINING
MEMBERSHIPS ARE HERE!
Our membership-based group training is designed to develop athletes based on their individual stage of progression and maturation. Early progressions focus on having fun and learning how to move efficiently, so the athlete is equipped to play a variety of sports. Advanced progressions focus on preparing for the demands of specific sports and overcoming each athlete’s limitations.

Ages 7-10: Fundamentals – Fridays @ 4:00pm, Saturdays @ 9:00am
Ages 10-12: Learn to Train – Fridays @ 5:00pm, Saturdays @ 10:00am
Ages 12-15: Train to Train – Fridays @ 6:00pm, Saturdays @ 11:00am
Ages 15-18: Speed Training – Wednesdays @ 7:15pm, Saturdays @ 12:00pm
Ages 18+: A.D.U.L.T. (see adult training page)
All Ages: Recovery – Saturdays @ 8:00am

Nutritional Counseling, Monthly Athletic Assessments, Recovery Sessions, Newsletter, & Clinics
This includes any classes an athlete attends (unlimited for youth, 2x/week for adult), and discounts on training packages
