Our membership-based group training is designed to develop athletes based on their individual stage of progression and maturation. Early progressions focus on having fun and learning how to move efficiently, so the athlete is equipped to play a variety of sports. Advanced progressions focus on preparing for the demands of specific sports and overcoming each athlete’s limitations.



Ages 9-11: Learn to Train

Emphasizing the ABCs of training & fundamental movement skills in the golden age of learning.

Wednesdays 3:45-4:30pm & Friday 4:15-5:00pm

Ages 12-14: Train to Train

Build the body’s engine during this critical stage of strength, power, coordination, and endurance development.

Mondays – Friday 5:30-6:30pm

Ages 14+: Speed Training

Focusing on movement efficiency to help reduce injuries and increase linear, lateral, and multidirectional speed.

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30-7:15

A.D.U.L.T. Performance Training

“Athletic Development Utilizing Longevity in Training” to encourage individuals to be functional and active for life, which achieving specific training goals.


Using foundational and functional movement combined with your own relative strength in order to improve core strength and resiliency, while improving cardiovascular fitness through both interval and endurance training. We also incorporate mobility to harness better flexibility, fluidity and posture through a whole-body movement approach with the goal of reducing the risks of experiencing nagging pain and injury, and enhance movement efficiency and performance.

Lifestyle Nutrition Coaching & Athlete Nutrition Coaching

Remote At-Home Programming

Prefer to train at home? Come in for a functional and corrective movement assessment, and get a personalized program based on how your body is currently moving, and your specific goals.

Corrective and functional moment assessments are $59. Personalized Programming starts at $139/month.

Want to train in person AND receive at-home programming? Buy a training package and your at-home program is discounted 15%, and your assessment is FREE!

 Open-Gym Membership

We offer an “open-gym” membership for those who wish to train on their own outside of coach-led sessions. The training center is available Monday-Friday before 5:30am, between 12:30pm-2:00pm, and after 7:00pm. It is available on Saturdays before 9:00am, and after 12:00pm, and all day on Sundays.

$69/month for members, $99/month for non-members.
