Our membership-based group training is designed to develop athletes based on their individual stage of progression and maturation. Early progressions focus on having fun and learning how to move efficiently, so the athlete is equipped to play a variety of sports. Advanced progressions focus on preparing for the demands of specific sports and overcoming each athlete’s limitations.
Group Sessions Available
Ages 10-12: Learn to Train
Emphasizing the ABCs of training & fundamental movement skills in the golden age of learning
Ages 12-15: Train to Train
Build the body’s engine during this critical stage of strength, power, coordination, and endurance development.
Ages 15-18: Speed Training
Focusing on movement efficiency to help reduce injuries and increase linear, lateral, and multidirectional speed.
Ages 18+: A.D.U.L.T.
“Athletic Development Utilizing Longevity in Training” to encourage individuals to be functional and active for life.

1 membership training session per week (4 sessions per billing cycle).
2 membership training sessions per week (8 sessions per billing cycle).
3 membership training sessions per week (12 sessions per billing cycle).
