Performance Training
ADAPT offers membership classes, small group training, and private training to help you improve athleticism, reduce the risk of injury and improve performance in both sport and life.
These programs can help you reach your specific athletic goals faster with personalized exercises selected to accentuate your strengths and improve the weaker links in your current performance.
Private sessions are 1-on-1 training with a coach, while semi-private training is 2-5 athletes per 1 ADAPT Coach. Training is by appointment.
